La Copa Intercontinental de la FIFA es la máxima competición anual, donde participan los campeones continentales y un club local.
La primera edición oficial de esta competencia fue en el 2024, cuando se consagró el Real Madrid de España (campeón de la UEFA Champions League 2024/2025).
